i'm glad we are starting to get some of the middies back and on the pitch. Imagine being able to rotate from a strikerless formation that has mount, bruno, hannibal, pellestri, casemiro and amrabat or thrown in rasmus over pellestri, or give me striker heavy lineup up rashy, rasmus, pellestri playing with bruno, mount and amrabat… or drop to a three man defense and stack a 5 man midfield with rashy and rasmus up top. We will have way more options now to meet playing needs. Just think when we are at full strength and we can literally go from plan A to a completely different plan B look to a different plan C look all in one game. Don't think we've seen or been able to do that for quite a while. That'll be nice!

Time for Bruno and Rashford to sit the bench a bit. First time these players played together and even though it was a weaker side, it was so comfortable and nice to watch.

I'm yet to hear any of these United YouTubers admit it that the team played free flowing football without captain disappearance, he wasn't there to give away the ball or argue with the referee for 5minutes or asking for any apologies. ETH please keep that VIRUS away from the team
Adding to what you said Ste – These results are not even at his 100 % best, he is still recovering from his back injury as he said in the post match interview. This guy with his mentality and physicallity has the potential to be a United legend.
Amrabat needs his own song, STAT! His energy is what we've needed in the midfield, and he unlocked Casemiro.
Casemiro was great but those misplaced passes from him would have turned into goals if we'd been playing any other team. Palace were poor.

We need to stop treating Rashford like he’s CR7. Team comes first
amrabat could be the missing piece of the jigsaw ,the glue that binds the team together.hannibal,mount and even harry played well .i know it was a weakened palace but the overall performance was really good .the tank has found a partner in amrabat who will let him flourish .on to the next test in palace in the league.
Do we have an obligation to buy amrabat, or is it a option only ???

Amrabat didn't change it mate, the absence of Rashford and Bruno did. Now I'm not one of those people who think they are shit, they are clearly our two most talented players. However, sometimes you have addition by subtraction.
One of them tries way too many hollywood balls and refuses to play simple passes. He would rather play a 50 yard pass that only comes off 1 in 20 times than play a 5 yarder for an easy second assist.
The other tries to do everything all by himself. He runs into multiple men and tries to beat them all and nore often than not fails. When he does beat them all he always shoots. This leads to half our possessions ending with him. Either he scores or we lose the ball. Nobody else gets a look in.
ETH needs to make Garnacho and Mount credible threats to Rashford and Bruno. If they don't play for the team then bench them for a while.
11 good players working as a team beats 9 good players and 2 great players not working as a team.
With that said the true ideal os to have Bruno and Rashford elevating the rest of the team in the say that Saka and Odeegard or De Bruyne and Rodri do. That is ETH's difficult task.

Most of the team played well and even Maguire had a good game .
Swap Sancho to Bayern for Tel and get a CB on loan then we should be equip for the season. Theres a lot of depth attacking wise with Mount Bruno Rashford Pellistri Garnacho Amad . We just needed the dms like Amrabat and Mainoo back and Hojlund to get up and running. The defensive injuries once resolved will give us more solidarity. We just need a back up striker and another CB.
