The Professional Game Match Officials Limited have released the audio conversations from Liverpool’s defeat to Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
Jurgen Klopp’s side saw their unbeaten start to the season come to an end at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. A stoppage-time own goal from Joel Matip handed Ange Postecoglou’s side a 2-1 victory, following earlier goals from Son Heung-min and Cody Gakpo.
Liverpool, however, were left furious that the defeat was marred by a series of controversial calls made by the match officials. The most controversial call came during the first-half when Luis Diaz saw an effort wrongly disallowed for offside.
