For me he would be a perfect signing as a gradual replacement for Evra given a few years to mature he'll get more and more consistent, this guy fits every criteria and shows real class. Future Man utd defence:
Shaw – Jones – Evans/Smalling – Rafael (possibly one or two more)
No offence to Southampton I really do respect the club and the youth policy they have, but I think you know the chances of holding on to this talent is slim given the economic situation every club faces. Moyes should do everything in his power to make it happen this summer. Chelsea's got Azpilicueta(hope I got the name right), Arsenal has Gibbs and good luck getting a chance in City(just look at Rodwell.) United is the way forward!
