What I would do if I was deco is sign cancelo and felix on a permanent, buy moscardo or vermeeren. Sell ansu fati. Get rid of eric garcia, marcos alonso and sergi roberto and pray that tebas doesn't get elected again for all of the signings to be made. I would trust fermin lopez over signing injury prone wirtz for 150 mil since the big signing would have to be joao felix. (Hopefully atleti don't play with us and give felix for 80 mil max)

I love nico williams if we can get him on free (unlikely because they all love bilbao), he is fast and direct and can play on both wings.

well lets believe that laporta has plan for felix. in the end this is like his personal project, his idea to bring him, so he must have thought of a way to not let him slip away. laporta has great relationship with jorge mendes, the agent is currently having great relationship with the club overall, considering many players in the club are his agent (which i think thanks to laporta too), and i think he himself knows that barca is best for felix, and player should know it too, he has played for 3 different clubs in just 2 years, not good for him at all to change the environment again. Anyway, what i am trying to say is, i think there is a plan to sign felix permanently behind the scene with a more affordable price, which can only succeed under some certain conditions:
1. Felix's insistence on barca: well if he really loves barca like he claims, and he has a good season here, feeling good about the club the city etc (god forbids), his insistence on barca may force atm to negotiate the deal in our favor.
2. Atm need to sell felix: i think felix must be one of the highest paid player in atm, it is no good keeping a player that doesnt wanna stay but with such a high salary. They also need to sell felix for the ffp, they are not real madrid dont forget. Naturally they would want the highest bid, thats where the first condition kicks in, like how it did in the last day of the summer, when all the reports said that the closer to the deadline the more favourable for barca, or like how abde insistence on staying in spain got us only 7.5 mil euros despite much higher bids elsewhere. Felix came in 2019 on a 7 year deal (2026) for 126 mil euros, amortization wise after 4 years his contract can be valued at 54 mil euros left, salary not counted cuz i dont have the info for it, but he just extended the contract for 3 more years with a reduced salary so it should cost them less.
Optimistically, a layman in finance like i am would say somewhere between 60-80mil would be a good price for 6 years left in his contract, not the price atm is happy with but should be the bare minimum for them to avoid a loss on paper, combined with a sensible and creative financial formula for the deal (installment, sell on clause, achievement-based bonuses etc) maybe an agreement that satisfied both clubs can be reached

I honestly hope and pray that there is no fear clause with eric garcia and that he plays for girona against us this season the reason being hes s**t and with him trying to defend against us lmfao mark my words we will get tons and i mean tons of goalscoring chances and also our chances of getting penalties will be through the roof with this guy playing against us 🤣😂
