  1. What you need to know is that Enzo will turn your back without blinking if something better arises. Be carefull with Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG or Man City. Also when the players leave early Benfica things don't work to well because lack of adaptation to Europe, Renato Sanchez and Markovic were like that but that's Chelsea's problem not Benfica's.

  2. Many Players today mercenaries and enzo is one of them, celebrated a goal by touching the club badge and when he got the opportunity to leave again he didn't even think twice, we don't need players that don't want to play for us, no one is bigger than our club
Chelsea is a really dirty club and one of the teams that slowly are killing football
To enzo I don't wish I'm success on his career

Quem é o Enzo ? Je ne se pais
Quem é o Enzo? Je ne se pais
    CHI QUI NHO

  3. i'm a Boca fan (River's enemies) still i love him for the type of player he is, he really deserves the best, and we will always root for him where he goes, which i know it is glory cause he deserves it

  4. We really have to step to the next level. What's the point of being a Benfica supporter nowadays?! What's the money from all the huge transfers good for if we can't keep the best players for more than half a season? Was having high hopes to reach the UCL semis this year, not anymore.
I perfectly understand the player wanted to move to his new club right away, it wouldn't make any sense to stay until the end of the season if he was already sold, of course he wants to adapt asap.

  5. From a Chelsea point of view, I can understand it sucks for Benfica fans to lose an influential player in the middle of the season.
So I was hoping Chelsea pay £80/£85m and signed him on a pre-contract or loan him back to Benfica for the next 4 months.

    But Benfica absolutely rinsed us.
£120m is guaranteed, but Enzo dominating for Chelsea is not so much.
Great deal for Benfica, as for Chelsea however, only time will tell.

  6. There's no other club than Chelsea that would pay that much for a player with such little track record. That's why Benfica would accept the offer. Waiting could realistically reduce his sale fee if more of Europe get in on the bidding the following summer and the player prefers one of the lass lucrative options.

Also the stats don't support the notion Enzo was the best player at River or Argentina. The fact that Mac Allister, the better Argentina mid, is priced 25-40M is worth considering. The open market rate would have been much lower if he didn't come in through the Portuguese pipeline like all the Liverpool strikers.
