There is no context in this clip but I'm sensing that a weight has been lifted from her shoulders. It's always good to hear a person put their profession to one side and express themselves because it's easy to let a career define you. She is a professional squash player at the moment but she'll reinvent herself again and again throughout her life. You can't hide from yourself though, everywhere you go, there you are. Other professional players may think she's let her guard down or it shows weakness. Quite the opposite.
