Its a big blow. Looks a real player. It seems a bad one and also seemed nothing to do with the tackle first half .He went down holding the back of the knee and no one was near him , which is always a bad sign .its the inoocuous injuries that tend to be the worst. Also it was a diferent leg he was holding in the second half. People calling for medical team to be sacked. Sometimes im embarrased for the ignorance and lack of grey matter with regards to social media .

The Arsenal curse strikes again! Players who are hardly injured in their career are GUARANTEED to come to Arsenal and get their 1st big injury. If this is truly an ACL injury he could be out for 6-9 months. I know Arteta doesn't rate Tierney playing the inverted role but with Zinchenko and Tomiyasu's injury history we can't afford to lose him. I HATE Partey as an inverted RB, but maybe that's the option if Tierney plays LB. Why can't Tomiyasu learn the inverted role? I feel like he's better in the middle anyway? Maybe his passing just not up to snuff? When Ben White and Zinchenko are rested, you could do Tierney and Tomiyasu? Ugh……Timber was looking so good. Devastated with this news.

Relax. Until the club categorically says that’s the injury we shouldn’t be so negative. See what happens and let’s get behind our boy. ACL damage could be something that takes weeks or months it Varys in degree of damage. The fact he was about to get up and hobble off is somewhat promising, hoping for the best. Brother, this news is not good but not a surprise. Why did they let him back on after the injury he got in the game? It seemed obvious that he wasn't fit to go on. This is a problem for the Gunners we buy players that are not injury prone They come to the Gunners straight away done the medical staff need sorting out get rid time for change.
You said it but don't think we are cursed. We buy players they come to Arsenal with no injury record. Rice timber if we look this seems to happen to so many players as soon as they come to Arsenal they get injury prone injuries. Is it time to look at our medical system staff ? 😢
