We’re in an era where a mere accusation by a woman against a man is enough for him to be presumed guilty until proven innocent. That is not the way the law works in regard to any other allegation. He should not be suspended for PR purposes to appease the opportunistic #MeToo brigade because the law says we must presume he did nothing wrong. If he’s proven guilty, punish him. 100%. But, in the current climate, there should also be a punishment for the accuser in a my word vs yours situation if it’s proven that she or he made a false allegation
