Inter know that Torreira will cost no more than €25 million due to the release clause in his contract. They could look to take advantage of the good relationship they have with Sampdoria and try and bring the Uruguayan’s price down by inserting a young player in to the deal, similarly to how they acquired Milan Skriniar last summer using Gianluca Caprari in the deal.
