Man City didn't build their success. They didn't scratch & claw & fight their way to the top. Man City bought their success, simple as that. They were a bottom to mid-tier club thru out their entire existence than all of a sudden a billionaire shiek buys them, spends like crazy & turns them into an upper echelon club overnight. That ain't earning glory but buying it.
