      This really is a dangerous precedent as even if he is found not guilty he's career can still be destroyed. There really needs to be some penalty imposed on anyone that spreads false accusations

      I watched the full interview (i speak Portuguese) and he seemed confident and showed signs he's innocent, he showed the girl minupulated the WhatsApp texts by deleting some messages and one of her accusations was proven to have nothing to do with him.

      Never trust women, especially in South America…. Their need to be consequences for wrongly accusing someone if Antony is right, they need to learn you can't just ruin someone's career, the very thing his worked extremely hard for and get away with it.
      Look at Benjamin Mendy's Career, the guy was part of that exciting 2017 Monaco team that almost all players in it went on to have very successful Careers, he had joined Man City like he would have been a treble winner today if that Woman hadn't falsely accused him.

      Mendy had his whole career ahead of him only for a random woman who is completely useless to the society probably never worked for anything her whole entire life, probably miserably failed in her education, in a blink of an eye his career was gone.

      But some women see an opportunity in dating a "rich" young fellah.

      I lived in Brasil and speak a fair level of Portuguese, in Brasil they call these guys 'playboys' ou 'malas' (bad guys) not in the sense they are wrongins but the fact they have more money, tatoos, bling than common sense. I do not want to judge Antony but immediately seeing him reminded me of those guys i saw in Brasil, it's also a lack of 'educacao' and the fact football is a way out of the 'Favelas' but it doesn't excuse his behaviour if this turns out to have some truth in it.

      Far too often these accusations end up being false or coming to nothing, yet the accusers never face repercussions. That needs to change. Watch how these allegations would disappear if the accuser would face the charge of the crime if it was proven they were lying.

      Look as 50 year old male that lived in West all my life I have seen how west countries have empowered pushed agendas to influence women to become vicitoms and make accusations to destroy successful strong men in there careers / reputation . This is just a young couple arguing . Why is the woman always being believed when she make a accusation . If this turn out false or inflated for ££££££ but consequences does the female face – None eg Look at number footballers in last 5 years have been accussed / arreasted and then found not guilty by juries off peers when hear all facts . What bloody waste of time / energy and reutation – Do all remember Johnny Depp case . Hope sue his ex for slander in brazil if all made up .

      The sad thing is that no government (except maybe North Korea) can prosecute anyone credibly without a credible evidence. Personally, I think when all the experts are called in to testify, all the evidence will be dropped. Why? People are only convicted based on credible evidence not just mere accusation. The probability of punching out a silicone breast is zero. I even doubt Mike Tyson can punch out a silicone titty.

      Speaking honestly, this woman accusing him has nothing to lose and has everything to gain so I believe Antony. Let's see who's lying and who is not once the investigation is over.

      Why is that all the laws in Europe and some part of the world favor lady…..what about ladies or women that beat their husband…to me I think if both male or female is at fault they should face equal punishment so that it will be a lesson for all…by not just accusing someone maybe innocent and you living happily…this laws have make some ladies very desperate and evil
