Avsolutely horrible take by Jordan on Rubiales. That kiss was mandatory reporting to HR by any manager that sees it or is made aware of it even when it is consensual. C-suite officers have no business kissing employees, interns, staff, contractors nor anybody else involved with the organization. Its sexual harassment even when consensual, because of imbalance of power and ability to affect financial and career outcomes for the other party.

Im not sure about the resr of england of fans, but the minute i saw, Rice, Henderson & Bellingham ib midfield & Maddison Left Wing, i didnt even bother watching. And thats not even considering Harru Maguire!!!! WHY HENDERSON?!?! We jist need rice. Put Bellingham and Maddison together. It's infuriating because the manager has lied pn his FIRST press conference.

The problem with Southgate is that he’s a born loser. England could be 3-0 up in the final with 10 mins left, Southgate will find a way to lose. It’s in his DNA.

Under Southgate, England have made a Euros final, losing on the lottery of penalties to an Italy side that were breaking all sorts of records at that time. They lost to a world-class, peak Croatia side in a World Cup semi-final in 2018, losing by one goal in extra-time. They lost by one goal to tournament favourites France in the last World Cup in a game they were quite unlucky to lose in what was a very even game. Yes, England have a lot of great players going forward and a silly amount of depth in certain positions, but they are a very good team at the moment, not a great team. Southgate has done a fine job and there's no guarantee at all that somebody else will take them that next step. At the end of the day. England are just one of a bunch of Nations that have enough talent in the team and squad to win a tournament.

Ultimately we are extremely hindering our chances at an international trophy with Southgate in charge. He’s not tactically diverse enough to manage a top national side.

Plays not to loose rather than going for the win. Hundreds of sideways or backwards passes make it boring to watch.
Nothing to do with the Ucraine game, it is GSs team selection and his negative/defensive approach and hopeless use of substitutes.
The team has evolved beyond the managers level. Look at the 2018 squad it had some okay players but no one really exceptional. They over achieved because Southgate was at the right level, they were never going to set the world alight.
He earned the right to go to the euros and earned the right to go to qatar but in my opinion he didn't do well enough to continue with this squad of players, he is still picking pretty much the same team as 2018 but we have six or seven players that are exceptionally better.
Maguire is not the problem but he's a symptom, a symptom of the sickness that Southgate has no idea how to evolve, he probably couldn't have imagined he'd get to the semis in russia and now sticks to that same system and set of players.
And let's be honest the performances have been shocking, you say he can't legislate kane scoring a penalty but he has time and time again relied on that, a shocked denmark at euro 2020 required a penalty to get us through in extra time, and two penalties against france kept us in the mix, the actual games we play, we are not a good side and don't score many goals.
Now we see why Jordan patterson got this gig, he does as he's told by the cooperate 😅

Disagree entirely. England were one lucky shot or a penalty decision away from losing that game. An aggressive , hard charging approach would have overrun that Ukraine team. Having some of the best young attacking talent in Europe, some of it sat on the bench, some of it on the field waiting to be supplied some of the 70% possession , whilst Henderson and Maguire passed side to side to each other. Neither should have been in the squad, let alone playing. Let’s look forward, get some of the young players on the pitch from the start , the likes of Ward-Prowse, criminally left out. Take Bellingham as an example, stuck out on the left , when commonsense has him in behind the strikers, involved all the time. What a waste. So annoying
