The reason that England doesn't win anything is simple. Other countries like Germany choose coaches who have won real trophies and proven track record. Flick had won triple with Bayern yet he ended up being sacked. For England they go and chose nobodies like Southgate who sucked as player (never played at any top club, never won anything as player nor as manager) and just because of mate relationship became to coach.
