      He went for the money. No problem with that. I would have done the same.
      Virtue signalling has cost him however. His alleged support for LGBT etc. was and is an act. He is in the right place now.

      Henderson went for the bag 💼 and doesn’t give a shite about 🏳️‍🌈 he was just towing the line for the Prem when he was a captain in the league.

      As a 'LGBTetc' person myself I would have had more respect for him if he had just admitted that money played a huge part. I don't think he's a bad person. Am used to support being tokenistic and everyone has their price but just own up to that. No one is saying there weren't other incentives too (eg. working with Stevie G)

      Bit disappointed in David here, if you read the full transcript of the interview, a very different picture is painted from the questions that Adam asks about his views on LGBTQ+ issues.

      Adam excellently pushes Jordan with questions he doesn't have answers for, and it ultimately reveals that he isn't particularly informed on the issues he's spoken on, and isn't willing to stand up for them when he has to make a sacrifice. He talks about "my values being in Saudi will make a difference" – what, by osmosis? Adam asks about if he'd be willing to wear rainbow laces or a rainbow armband and he says "not if it would be disrespectful to their culture". Adam corners him by making the great point that, when we say "culture", we think of art, customs, manners, music etc. but gay people don't CHOOSE to be gay, they just ARE. We know that there are gay muslims living in Saudi, is it "culture" to deny their existence and have them killed? It's oppression, not culture.

      Yes, Western media is too quick to criticise the Middle East when we ourselves have committed the worst atrocities in history, and I'm not saying we're saints or shouldn't be criticised – but I think we can all get on board with the idea that murdering people for who they are is wrong. That should not be controversial.

      Fair enough, some people just want to play football, but by wading into these issues and then doing a U-turn it's actually done more damage than if he didn't make any statement at all – that's the main issue in all this.

      Nothing to do with anyone but him… I've been reliably informed that some of the gay community frequently holiday in places with similar laws and mentalities as saudi… It's getting effing ridiculous now all this woke agenda and tbh it's quite dangerous people are twisting peoples words to try and make them look bad or cancel them etc etc and morons follow it without really fact checking and thinking about it and applying common sense

      This Woke attitude to everything and everybody’s actions and words needs to stop. It’s not illegal to work In Saudi and nor should it be. Millions of foreigners work a across the Middle East to earn more money than they could earn at home, and tax free too. And why not ? The Saudi view on gays and lesbians is their business and not ours. We’ve also allowed millions of muslims into the U.K. who are anti gay. Why ?
      Henderson is picked on as he’s famous but no one says a word about thousands of U.K. oil workers who make a lot of cash in Saudi. If woke do gooders don’t like Saudi then put their cars back in their garages and stop burning Saudi Oil.
      It’s pure hypocrisy and nothing else. It is no ones business where anyone plays football. It’s a decision for the footballer, his family, and no one else.

      Total piss take he has to explain himself to anyone.
      The fact his being attacked by the gay community is funny as hell.
      Quick heads up, he never said he was one, just supported it.

      Ornstein should've been interviewed by Jordan. The contradictions in what he's saying with relation to the article are embarrassing for someone of his reputation. You can't accept Henderson saying "he didn't feel wanted" when he still had a year or two to run on his contract.

      Who can resist the money of the Saudis? Who talks about kashoggi , the killing of refugees at the saudi border… Not many. We blame the Russians,Abramovich but these Sudi-Killers have too much money. We have to surrender our values.But money is the real god in the world.

      As a society who the hell do we think we are to even try and tell another country how to live especially when you comsider the amount of blood our past leaders ie tony blair has on his hands its none of our buisness just because we allow our borders to be invaded to the point our culture is slowing dieing doesnt mean other countrys should do the same
