  1. What walker did after that mistake is what brought the winning goal. He redeemed himself. That was a Rollercoaster of emotion and i loved how the who team reacted, strong and forward minded. I believe we can do the treble again

  2. Walker, overall, had a very good game. He was heavily involved in play, always making runs and giving Bernardo options. He also cut out some dangerous counter situations at the back. After his mistake, he kicked it up a notch and was a big part in creating two massive chances, one of which Rodri scored.
We're talking about one of, like, 3 players with the most minutes under Pep – he used to be the outfield player with the most minutes under Pep until ~18 months ago. And while there was a period last season where he didn't start, for the past 6 years, he's almost started every game for club and country. While being, overall, very consistent and reliable defensively.
You'll make a mistake eventually. It happens. He's human. Considering he plays so much and on such a high level, it's a bit sad to see so many people immediately freak out the second he makes a mistake.

Rodri also made a massive mistake against Newcastle which almost resulted in a one on one situation. But no one talks about it bc Gvardiol bailed him out. But now that no one bailed out Walker and the forwards missed like 5 clear cut chances – including a pen – to put the game to bed: "let's get mad at Walker", huh….

  3. Don't talk about kyle walker until u didn't watched the whole game . he just make a run on right wing and dribble 2 southampton defender after couple minutes of goal concede and they nearly scored but alvarez misses . but he didn't rest he came again within couple second from right wing and assist rodri . It's all happened within 3minutes 40 seconds. from Southampton equalizer . They've been in this kind of situation before it's not a problem for city . They're getting stronger day by day.

  4. I would drop Walker for that mistake and how he reacted to it just to keep him in check even if he contributed to the winning goal. That was disgusting from.him. drop him and get his head straight
