We also discuss Nicolas Pepe’s Arsenal career after his departure was confirmed over the weekend, with yet another contract termination, and there’s disappointing news after Arsenal Women’s defeat at the weekend. 1. I liked Kosc when he was here but he was also one of the most over rated CBs we've had – he never looked as good without Per next to him. He started off looking like a clown for a couple years, had a good few years, then reminded us he was a liability for a few years after per retired.

  2. The goal that was mentioned, away at Brighton in 2020, it looked so great from the camera angle. The effortless curl he put on it. Chefs kiss. Also completely agree about that Koscielny unveiling. Fans were unreasonably angry, fanbase gets called sensitive but that proved it to some extent. Vocal minority being loud I guess

  3. glad that happened around 45 minutes, I don't have these rose tinted glasses a lot seem to have for Pepe, He infuriated me nearly every game, would willingly lose the ball then walk back. He'd be a good 2nd option for RW but Saka doesn't miss games and I don't think Pepe would be a no.2

  4. Is Havertz going to be another Pepe maybe not because Arteta has an investment in Havertz and if it doesn't work this falls on Edu and Arteta 65 million is a mystery I would bring back Zhaka and Ethan Nwaneria should be looked at ESR Vierra Trossard much better than Havertz who even as bad for Germany 65 million is a lot of money

  5. I still to this day, watch back that Jack Wilshire goal, and I can't even understand it. My brain just can't comprehend it. Its such a stunning team goal that processing what actually happens on the pitch is impossible for me.

  6. The thing that bothers me is that the same people who were convincing us that Holding is a solid defender, now say how he actually sucks and we should be grateful for those couple of mil from Crystal Palace.

The same people who just a few months ago were calling us toxic, negative, idiots, for saying how Holding is an awful defender now have done a 180. Freaking club shills.

  7. I’m glad that James went back to revisit “Pepe-Subject”.
He was given endless opportunities by Arteta and all this “love” for him makes not a lot of sense for me. We need to give our manager a lot more support when it comes to Arteta demanding the best for our football club.

  8. I thought we should have tried to do a swap deal with Palace; Pepe for Zaha, as soon as Arteta gave up on him, perhaps some cash ontop.
