Maguire is a just a joke and a clown. Stop defending him and let him come and apologize to the fans for putting us in this situation.
Look, maguire hasn't been bad for England in the past but there are better options right now and everyone knows it. Southgate, your job is to pick the best players.
Harry Maquire is less of a problem than Gareth Southgate for England's chances of winning a tournament. Neither are up to the job.
I'm a Liverpool fan so usually you'd expect me to relish in a United player failing but at this stage I genuinely feel bad for him. The torment he receives from our media, foreign media etc will only add to his poor form and potentially leave him & his family in a dark place mentally.
He might be a lot of things but he's still human and we should remember that as his family will be reading the hurtful things written about him.

The treatment for him is way over the top, but you are making it worse as you keep picking him when really he needs to be playing firstly and also for his mental well being, let him just train at United, get another move, then pick him.

Just because a player may have been good for us before, doesn't mean he should just walk in to the team now. There are many players who should be a head of him due to skill level and the fact they are playing week in, week out for their clubs. Own goal a side, Maguires positional play is awful! He drops too deep when other teams attack meaning we can't play an offside trap and it's allowing opposition attacks to make an easier run in behind. He isn't comfortable on the ball either and you can tell when he's in the back line for England and United, players around become unsettled. He just isn't good enough. Also, Southgate is defending a player who could have moved to west ham and would probably be playing more often, which would have given him more of a claim to start for England with less backlash….but he would rather stay at united because of the money he is on and stay on the bench….Real good role model that is š

When will Southgate hold himself responsible??? He's the one that keeps picking Maguire who doesn't play for United despite having much better options at his disposal. Southgate is a clown man completely fuckin clueless. Clearly Maguire is one of his favourites & feels obliged to keep picking him based on nothing & completely ignoring others that are better defenders who are playing for their respective clubs yet Southgate has the fuckin audacity to call us fans for rightfully criticising Maguire & his own team selections. Sooner Southgate goes the better. He's hampering our chances of success

This hasn't just suddenly happened over night. It's been for a while now where Harry Maguire has become a liability for club & country. He needs to accept that he's just not a top defender anymore. He came on against Arsenal & the game was lost from a potential drawing position. He came on against Scotland & bad positioning led to his own goal. And the more Southgate let's him off the hook & keeps patting him on the head the more mistakes will be made, the more frustrated fans will get & the more abuse he'll get. I don't encourage abuse of a player but when fans are forking out thousands to watch their team progress & can see that a player is a liability & not a reliability then fans will vent. Forget about winning the euros with a manager like Southgate & a player like Maguire.

You are putting Harry in the firing line of criticism just by picking him and starting him. Donāt act shocked or angered if Harry makes a massive boo boo and people criticise him for it. You of all people should know the price of being in the spotlight.
If you dropped Harry maguire youād actually be doing him a favour in the long run. You canāt keep coddling him and picking him for the squad. Heās hardly played for United this season. He needs game time. Harry maguire, you should have taken the 30 mill and gone to West Ham. You could have rediscovered your form. Heck why not accept a loan move somewhere. Gary Neville I think mentioned he himself went to a psychologist or some therapist of sort when he was going through a bad run or rough patch of his career. Talking of which Richarlison has said he will visit a psychologist when heās back in England because heās been going through rough patches of the pitch himself. A psychologist or a therapist of sort could be what Harry maguire needs. If he admits heās the problem and needs help. If Harry maguire and Gareth Southgate and others keep blaming everyone else fir Harry Maguireās problem then theyāre all lost causes.
