Ste's team is definitely better
Am I the only person that likes Emre Can? Think he was a good player and would have liked him to stay for longer than he did
Also Chris I loved lucas from start to finish I was so gutted he got that injury against Chelsea because he was playing his best football.
Lucas Leiva the big omission here. Especially for the popularity vote!
This possibly could've been better, if it wasn't a contest, because both are using different criteria for their selections. I feel it should be a single list, in a pure draft style, with the best top to bottom.
Surprised big Shaq didn’t pick sooner such a underrated player , and Emre Can is a underrated pick as well. Skrtel was a must as well imo

Chris' team has more players that I loved in it but Ste has the better team quality wise.
If I had to pick a XI from those that have left under Klopp with an aim to have a balanced XI with as much quality in it as possible, I'd go for a 4-3-3 of:
Mignolet, Clyne, Lovren, Klavan, Milner, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Lallana, Mane, Coutinho, Firmino.
I loved Sakho way more than either of the two I picked and would've liked to put Sturridge in but that's as close to a realistic XI that could've played for us, and actually won matches too, I could come up with. Also, Fabinho easily the best dm, though I liked Lucas and Can a lot.

Mac n Dom have played more minutes this season already after 3 games. Than Nabby and Ox did last season in total. 🤔
Surprised there's even a debate over Takumi and Shaqiri. Compare the highlight reels. Shaqiri was always twice the player Takumi is. And that's being kind

Henderson at his best is not better than Coutinho at his best.

Hendo is and always will be rank average.
Yes he pits a shift in and taxkles and encourages.
But people seem to forget how many passes per game from him are either sideways passes or wayward passes.
People only remember the long passes and so on.
Coutinho is Leagues better

As a person, Alberto Moreno was a funny guy that everybody liked. He wasn't a defender though. People moan about Trent's defensive lapses as if they've never seen Moreno play for us.
Emre Can had the overhead kick, Lucas Leiva assisted it.
Shoulda gone with a snake style draft so first pick doesn't get the advantage each round
You could have the person going second have two consecutive picks, and then it doesn’t matter as much who goes first
Mignolet over Karius easily. I still maintain we could have taken that final to extra time or pens if Mignolet played.
Anyway Ste team wins based on quality but I prefer Chris's team.
