It really depends on if he's desperate to play in the Premier League. And wants to continue winning major silverware. If Liverpool were prepared to pay the bag, I could imagine a world where Mbappe signs. They clearly got £100m + to sign a CDM. Why not put that towards wages for Mbappe?

Mbappe is currently the World's highest paid player.. His salary is around £1600k/week whereas Liverpool current highest earner is Mo Salah witj just £350-400k/week..
Liverpool cannot afford Mbappe the wage he is earning at PSG…

The only possible way it could happen is if he intends to stop being a diva and focus on football again. Come on a free, take a paycut, elevate the Liverpool vs City rivalry against Haaland. Or he could continue the drama at La Liga and Madrid, win more easy trophies and proclaim himself the best.
