Shame about Grey. I liked him, but he did need to work more and a few more goals would have helped. But over all, he was ok. And Gomes has miles left in his legs, but this league is too fast for him. Good luck to them both.
`Everton may let Gomes go'. He's on 100k a week and wouldn't get in most vets teams on Merseyside! I am pretty sure we will have to bung him a million or so to leave. An absolute disaster of a signing. Brands bringing him and Bernard in on champions league wages when both were clearly not up to the physical demands of this league sum up what a horror show of recruitment we have had.
Gray is a good player…i don't blame him for taking the money…we all would! Glad to see Gomes on his way…never been good enough for the Prem.
We have been bled dry by inept deals by Directors of football…Demari scored occasionally & Gomes never the same after Son tackle..squad has to be supplemented in Jan window

The people we have dealing with transfers are really PATHETIC only getting £8M for Gray at 27yrs old when same team pay the RS £13M for a 33yrs Henderson 😡PATHETIC ONCE AGAIN EVERTON!

I can understand the Saudi transfer window being open as it’s not UEFA, but why is the Turkish window still open. UEFA need to standardise this.
As far as I'm concerned anyone not giving at least 💯 % is welcome to go, no great loss but alot of money saved
We really should keep Gomes until we have a deeper squad
