Everybody talks about Gareth Southgate but this Martinez guy plays the same players at least 4 years out of their prime. This is all on him.
KDB just facing reality. Their best chance was 2018 now they are way past their best. KDB is the only world class outfield player. Without him & Courtois they are no better than some of the lower teams in WC

I totally understand debruyne, but he shouldn't say it in the world cup As a leader he should have raised his concern and disbelief before the world cup.

The best midfielder and the best gk in the world along with 9 average players. A sad combination.
KDB showed his loser mentality & why they flop in the CL or WC even while they had the best teams. Also, can we have a discussion about players who rely on only one system to enhance their best quality & never perform in different environments, doesn't adapt to different systems or different style of play.
Salah, De Bruyne & few others profited from system giving buffs & tricking people of their natural ability. Salah relied on high press working to have the ball always near dangerous area, doesn't have track back & De Bruyne relied on possession style system for midfielders & where midfielders were designed to attack & assist, to statpad.
If Belgium lost to Croatia, they are out!
