  1. Haaland needs to carry the ball more. Not saying he needs to get much better at dribbling but he needs to be able to be on ball a little bit better and more comfortably. He’s already unstoppable with all his limitations on ball of this man starts dribbling and shooting from outside the box then there is literally no stopping him

  2. Honestly most of the criticism comes from ignorance really. People just watch the ball when watching the game and matter of fact, a lot of the don't. They go to these stat apps and judge how good someone is from there.

  3. Having fewer touches makes him better. City have so many players that are great on the ball and at creating chances – what they need is someone to have those chances created for, and that is Haaland. If he has possession in the build-up, he can't be in the box ready to receive the ball and score, so those touches would be actively hurting the team.

  4. it's insane to me that Haaland perfom so well in this City team because target striker just don't fit this style of play. it shows how remarkable he is scoring so much in a play-style he's not suited for.

  5. Honestly who cares about touches? Why do commentators or pundits on match day keep bringing it up? Havertz had tonnes of touches for Chelsea and look how that worked out.

He's a ridiculous machine who needs the slightest sniff of a chance. Of any player in the Prem to have played most of last season, only Brennan Johnson had fewer touches (0.1 fewer lmao) than HΓ₯land on average last season and yet look at what he did.
