Well I just came from a Barça fan channel where they say they have activated more "levers" to afford transfers. And from Barça's standpoint Bernardo is seen a priority buy. If it's true, Man City would be pretty dick*sh to not let him go, seeing as how professional he has been….and how Pep always comes up with that BS that any player is free to leave if they want to.
If Chip M'Bappe left PSG and they came in with a bid for Bernie, I would advise him not to take it. Not because I don't want to see him go, it's just that whoever PSG sign after losing M'Bappe is going to derided for not being M'Bappe, and as we've seen with PSG fans horrible reaction to Messi (Messi?! of all people (which is why Messi should've come to City)), Bernie would get a rough time, I wouldn't like to see him suffer like that.
