The real questions should be Do Spurs really know how to spend any money, not only the money they get from a big transfer.
The fact we spent for him 45 millions is so dumb it doesn’t make sense. Legit if they went for like Fullkrug I would’ve been happier

Thing is the manager is looking for players to fit his system and not only have 1 point attack like they had whilst Kane was there, now he wants midfielders, wingers, full backs and strikers scoring. spurs so far this season have looked really really good so hopefully they will be able to carry on the good form

The context of this is wrong. Brennan was playing in a counter attacking side, so he had few opportunities to attack. This signing is about his potential.
Pass completion % is a redundant stat. Meaningless. Like most stats completely misleading.
But I am surprised by this signing. Even forest fans aren’t convinced by him
