Is Larin’s fitness battle a concern for CanMNT spot? | CANADIANS ABROAD

Cyle Larin is in Majorca. He's probably enjoying the scenery… If he's a little out of shape to start the season, I can't blame him… Majorca is a nice place to slow it down a bit, enjoy the scenery (limestone mountains and Spanish architecture and terrific nightclubs). So, you know Josh, I'm sure Mallorca FC trainers/ physios/ coaches, etc. see this situation year-in-year-out- new transfer guy winds up out of shape to start the season. But that's okay, Cyle will get back in shape. He'll get used to the fact that he is now playing professional soccer in one of the most beautiful, awesome, and historical island communities in Europe. Lots of good seafood there to eat.. Temptation is everywhere- every restaurant is good to eat in there. Wineries all over the island too… LOL But I believe in Cyle Larin. He'll figure it out and get back in form. But I'm happy to hear he is out of shape to start the season because that means he's been enjoying life and time with family. So no problem. And no matter what, Cyle is our top dog for CMNT as a striker… He's still our guy. Great to hear he's enjoying the islands of Spain. LOL
