Well for me my upper chest has grown really well but my lower chest hasnt so I have like zero definition sk thanks for telling me which workout I should add 😂
But my lower Chest is genetically weak and "soggy" but my upper chest is really good😭

Because my lower chest is lacking, I haven’t targeted my lower chest for my first 10 months training because i have gyno and thought it would make my gyno worse, as my gyno is getting less it makes my pecs look goofy as hell
