Neil O’Donnell, Darrelle Revis 2.0, Ty Law, Favre, Adam Gase, etc. And yes, the majority of those quick fixes turned out disastrously …Elsewhere, the Jets passed on fortifying their O-line and instead overdrafted edge rusher Will McDonald. They signed Turner to replace the departing George Fant, and yet they still have arguably the worst tackle situation in the league, which isn’t a good thing when your quarterback spends months at a time battling COVID ELBOW….WE HAVE traded for a season-long back page roasting, and the puns will commence sometime right around early October: ERRIN’ RODGERS, etc. I’m ready. There are no winners in the New York Packers overhaul save for Aaron Rodgers' Wisconsin-sized ego and unvaxxed Staten Island a$$holes named Vinny.

I don't think Rich quite gets the Milwaukee bar thing. The owner is hoping the Jets win these games, so he doesn't have to pay out. While still getting to look like he's a Rodgers hater.
Well, the NFL is scripted so I wouldn’t be surprised if the Jets won it all.

Rich's optimism will last until the first loss. Even if they go undefeated for weeks, on that first loss he'll start worrying that it's going to be the start of a losing streak or that the rest of the league has figured them out.

I want Jets fans to enjoy their eventual final four appearance but Gonzaga doesn't win championships

I think that hope for the Jets went to New England and stayed there after they knocked out Drew Bledsoe. Hell you even make an argument for when Bill decided to quit on them when he had the job for a few days or something. Then Brady. Then the butt fumble.
