MANCHESTER UNITED SUBMITS FORMAL LOAN OFFER FOR CHELSEA’S MARC CUCURELLA.
Manchester United have submitted a loan offer to Chelsea for Marc Cucurella.
The Red Devils had drawn up a shortlist of potential left-back stop-gap signings following the confirmation of Luke Shaw’s injury, which could see him ruled out for as long as two months. Options included Cucurella, Sergio Reguilon, Marcos Alonso, and Nicolas Tagliafico.
Next-in-line Tyrell Malacia is also unavailable due to a knee problem and he is yet to feature for the club this season, with a return date currently unknown.
