Atlanta United hosted Nashville SC on Saturday in the second MLS meeting on the season between the two regional rivals. In a match celebrating 90s Atlanta and the debut of the club’s new 404 Kit, Atlanta United put on a golden performance behind Xande Silva and Saba Lobjanidze’s first career MLS goals, along with goals from Thiago Almada and Miles Robinson, to shut out Nashville SC 4-0 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

The three points bring Atlanta United’s total to 41 in the table with eight matches remaining in the regular season. The 41 points surpasses the total earned in 2022. The results moves Atlanta United to sixth place in the conference standings.

Atlanta United joined Major League Soccer in 2017 and won the 2018 MLS Cup in just its second season, the earliest an expansion team has won the title since 1998. The club has set multiple league records including season tickets sales (36,000-plus), single-season average (53,002) and total home attendance (901,033). Owned by Arthur M. Blank, Atlanta United plays its home matches at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. For more information about Atlanta United, including how to purchase season tickets, visit: www.atlutd.com.
