      Jeremy Frimpong right back. Leverkusen. Good for leon Baileys mindset as would another Leverkusen player, Florian Wirtz attacking mid/forward. Xavi Simons PSV. Versatile attacking mid, left centre or right. Put him on the right Harvey Barnes Leicester. Tielemans Leicester possibly. Pedro Congalves Sporting. Consistent stats season after season. Josko Gvardoil. Centre back R B Leipzig. Its a long shot but he is superb and in demand, probably end up at Arsenal or Man city. Big money. Leonardo Balerdi Marseille. Young and fearless nutcase of a centre back. Gvardoil and Congalves are probably the only two I think are out of reach. Other clubs like arsenal etc will draw them in more than us I think. Asensio scenarios, we're not established yet. were building. Your Asensio's of this world want established.

      Good work Dan. Very positive about Goncalves. Tielemans may well get back to his best under Unai. If so he would be a great buy too … Of the Leicester boys I prefer Harvey Barnes but can’t quite see where he fits into Villa’s preferred shape …

      Given one of the reasons Gonchalves left Wolves and returned to Portugal was that he was homesick, perhaps he might not be the best choice.
