  1. His numbers will improve, i didn't expect ten hag to hit the ground so early in the EPL, first look at what arteta is doing at arsenal ( took him 3 seasons to at least come close) The same implies to ten hag n his squad

  2. I think we can't be title contender this season even top4 is difficult if the playing stayile and the chemistry improved well I will be so happy with the team if we add one trophy and top4 again and will go few further on the cl that is good to the team development.

  3. I do think Antony will do much better this season with both Hojlund and Mount to aim for in terms of runners, so he'll be more creative and get more assists.

However, you CANNOT talk about his long shots being an asset, then not discuss how poor he has been with actual chances 😬

He UNDERperformed on his xG last season, so even with his few spectacular goals, he seriously needs to work on his finishing if he wants to be more effective.

  4. Very good as always, love your work – thank you.
AJ is someone who knows a lot about football and he makes podcasts which are very informative.

  5. Pellistri can press and will come back. He's better than antony in an attacking perspective bcz he can go both ways. He's better at progressing the ball.
Amad is the same but can score more than pellistri.
I think after the pre season I'd play pellistri at first choice and antony in second and amad could play 10 or even wide mid. Pellistri hasn't made a mistake when given a chance.

  6. No one is questioning his off the ball movement and pressing. He just needs to be more consistent in terms of creating chances and scoring goals.

  7. I have both opinions. I think he adds a lot of intensity defensively, width and a goal threat but at the same time he goes back too much doesn’t take on his defender enough and doesn’t have the robben ability to cut in to shoot or cross without being stopped often.

I think that is to do with him getting used to the league, his young, high quality players, his one footedness and the fact that he started late.

But I do think he has a lot of room to grown, as to how high his potential is I am kind of unsure after last season but I still think he can be elite but if he proves younger me right he can be world class.

    In ETH I trust ✊🏾😌

  8. Antony is an elite defensive winger and you dont see those from Brazil that often…his work rate in the counter press is underrated and i think he helps overload the left side of the pitch by pushing in when we are with or without possession very naturally and this is a tactical must in Ten Haags system….and why he bought him and is an automatic starter….people who say his production numbers are weak dont realize that he was the same at Ajax and he started for more than his offensive contributions…and i agree that he will produce more this season given that we have a natural striker making those kind of runs for crossess and one twos

  9. Say whatever you like, I saw him at Ajax atleast 1 season. Antony remain Antony. Fun to watch at mostly but don't be annoyed when he does his tricks. At the end it becomes boring. Sancho would be a more reliable option I think to be honest. Antony his value has come to a high, he can't go higher. He remains the same, with an accidental high so ones in a while.

  10. You have suggested, most things becoming positive/better as "Hojlund" comes in. Rashford goes to his fav left. Antony can cross more, but is he good in it ?
Things get better not because "Antony" can cut across better or can shoot better or started using right foot more etc.

  11. Y’all delusional. Remember how things got chaotic with Lukaku, RASHFORD and Martial? The same shit is going to happen again. We’ll have 4-6 players on the forward line looking to prove themselves. Most are shoot first and past second…including Anthony. We will struggle unless they learn to play unselfish.

  12. The problem is united have 4 right wingers in Antony, Sancho, pellistri and diallo. Sure we can loan out pellistri and diallo, but I'd prefer if sancho starts over antony cause sancho is a better playmaking winger.

  13. He needs to learn how to counter attack on the break and use his right foot and learn how to take man on the outside and land more of hus shots on target also.

  14. Has a lot of similarities to FDJ in my opinion. Just needs to strengthen physically and his output in the final 3rd & gain experience at the highest level. Alongside Mainoo, Lacey, Ibragimov he’s probably one of those I feel has a very good chance of making it in United under Ten Hag

  15. I think he need to show he’s learnt simplicity more than anything. He has got pace it’s clear to see, he just needs to learn that sometimes you don’t need to ball roll into a sprint, just touch and go earlier rather than later. He also needs to just simplify some of the shooting stuff go low sometimes instead of high. And you right he needs to improve dribbling at speed, cause he can only run at pace without the ball on the counter not with
