Havertz was the second Arsenal player to be handed the ball for a throw-in. He should be allowed to take his time and pick a decent throw. The moment he passes it onto a third Arsenal player, that is textbook time wasting and deserving of a yellow. Ref booked the wrong player. Second yellow is way too soft. Second yellows need to be allowed to be reviewed by VAR
