The movement on his fastball is mind boggling.
Now BK is the owner of a hamburger store in S.Korea. hahaha
That walk off the field to the dugout though 😂 he was feeling like an OG

Legend has it that no one wanted to go see the games he pitched in cuz they ended too fast.
good job
BK has been a great pitcher.
The delivery is just so nasty! How do you read that!?
All the other players in the field: are we a joke to you?
It's write on my phone
You are so awesome k
This guy was such a legend
When he first came to Arizona he didn't know a lick of English, or the signs being used for him. He would nod at everything, and then would throw the pitch he wanted haha. I remember watching a game where they had to have a meeting with him because the catcher was calling for a fastball, and he'd throw a slider. Eventually he got it dialed in, and the legend of BK Kim began. It was such a fun time to be a Diamondbacks fan in those years.
That last pitch was a dart.
49. that number means "key number" can make game nothing in korean gambling.
BK was nowhere near a hero, he wasn’t that fast and there were many side arm and submarine pitchers that had a better chance. But Kim was a legend, he was misunderstood and he himself misunderstood a lot of things when he arrived in america, often feeling confused and lost, his interpreter wasn’t that helpful, and he didn’t have many friends, when he crouched down on that mound filled with sadness, it wasn’t his selfish pity or guilt for the team, but the other pitcher friend he had that was in the bullpen, he was sad that his only close American friend would be disappointed in him. When he went back to Korea he was much happier being home.
Now he sell burgerrrrr at burger Kim
eastern europe japan indonesia
fun fact : he lost his both world series rings, and after like a months later found em in his car trunk. 😂 if ‘IDGAF’ was a person ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Wow
kim at his prime
a classic stint at the highest level
much respect to mlb and all players
2002 records
S Rolen 31 HR 110 RBIs
M Lieberthal (c) 15 HR
P Burrell 37 HR 116 RBIs
Those hitters no joke to any pitchers in the league that year
It is great that Kim Byung-hyun recorded nine pitches and three outs in the Major League, but the ball's pitch shows that it is not easy to see such a pitch even now
Filthy 💪😬
