I was so happy that Belgium won this game, I was tearing up
Klinsmen put the us in position to win they simply did not execute. That free kick at the end was a perfect example, beautiful drawn out play but they couldnt capitalize.

This was the last WC game my dad and I watched the USA play. We were excited to watch this year’s WC and even planned on going to a game in 2026, but he sadly passed away in January. This will be my first WC without him, and it pains me that we didn’t watch our country play at least one more game together.
Tim Howard was a beast. I will forever hate Wondolowski because of this match.
