      i think gakpos ceiling is so high, he’ll be a top striker in europe for years and sadly i think nunez will be on the bench a lot atleast ti start with. I can see núñez leaving at the end of the season or next season and we’ll still get a good price for him but he’ll go on to be one of europes top strikers also, it’s just unfortunate we have 2 at once

      Great analysis, rather than him hurting the team, you want him to hurt the opposition.

      We have a defensive problem for sure, with no players in 2 years improving. Gomez, Matip, and Virgil, would not get into Man City 11. All 3 would have been gone, 2 seasons ago ! This also needs solving, its getting frightening and frustrating how close we've been to winning another CL, and PL, if we'd made changes, overhauled / sold off can-fodder, weetabix defenders.

      Only Robertson, and trent, would get to play for Pep Guradiola, and Alission.

      Reject whats being put in front by FSG, year after year. Crap investment.

      It's pretty sad how data analysis is used to to make players look good. It's taken straight from the business world, sort your data in sets and break it down further and cherry pick what looks good spend time on why it's so good and quickly overlook the bad data,it just doesn't tell the full story , nobody is looking at what has led the team to this point, the ideas that klopp is implenting is a good 2 years behind Pep Guardiola, Liverpool have become a reactionary player in the transfer market, and the succession planning has been a good 3 years off our peak 2020 season hence players have left and there's question marks on the replacements that have come in. Without new cutting edge ideas I feel the old tweaked approach won't work.

      I think it’s almost outrageous how Klopp refuses to change the system for such a magnet of the ball even when Gakpo’s been in midfield Nunez still doesn’t get a sniff mind boggling his goal scoring potential is up there with Kane

      Klopps treatment of darwin is bound to backfire if it continues. He was on fire pre season and we can all see that once he gets a run of games he'll be a goal machine. How the fuck jota continues to start ahead of him is beyond me.

      Really solid analysis by Josh. I love the way he backs it up with data. That shots/90 stats for Darwin is impressive. Obviously he needs higher conversion, but that will only happen if he is a chance with the right set up , like Josh laid out. Hopefully Juergen sees this.

      Nunez supposed to be the out and out striker but the club issue of unable to secure no. 6 within preseason dampened the process.
      Macca and Jones as makeshift DM require more middle link up hence why Gakpo was placed there.
      Now that Endo present, the system suits to put Nunez in there.
      Right triangle of Salah-Szobo with TAA pivot then left triangle of Diaz-Robertson with Macca pivot should create big chances for Nunez to score

      I think Darwin is something very different us Liverpool fans and I think the staff is getting accustomed too.
      But I think someone like Darwin has highs or lows because he can cause havoc to a back line but the amount of chances he has been is his lows.
      We have seen it first hand when he was at benfica. When I watch cause gomez and matip problem the entire game I said wow that boy is very talented and at his height he is very good with the ball at his feet

      Saying Nunez doesn't have Firmino's ability to drop in to midfield… Firmino was a midfielder and Klopp reinvented him as a player 🤦‍♂️

      18 yards out he cant finish..6 yards he isnt much better.
      Hes quick Chaos chaos ..

      the reason is why i don't prefer nunez as 9 is that will made Salah more focus on playmaking which is not his best trait even tho his playmaking is underrated among winger/Striker. our best player are Salah and we need to build team around him and false 9 is needed to bring the best out Salah and pretty sure a whole team. with false 9 we can bring the best out of szoboslai too who is more dangerous in final third than deeper side. henderson is average when he get the chance to going forward when bobby create space as false 9.
