🏌WHAT’S THE GOLF ROOM 🏌
The Golf Room is located in Dublin, Ohio and is THE ONE STOP SHOP FOR PLAYER DEVELOPMENT. We understand that for you to perform your BEST, you need to strike the ball well, have a great short game, be physically capable to withstand an entire round and know how to use your mind on and off the course. Without all of these facets practiced (with purpose) it’s almost impossible for you to become your absolute 100% BEST. That’s why I, Kyle Morris, opened The Golf Room. So me and my team could help you BECOME YOUR BEST providing you with instruction on The Skill, Body & Mind.

  1. There is NO NEED TO SHALLOW if your take away is always on the swing center circle. It never ever needs the shallowing a shaft. So wasteful video here.

  2. Thanks for the video. I have a question though.

I'm trying to figure out when to really start pouring on the turn. Should that happen around when the hands hit their low point (p5.5-ish)?

  3. kyle, i like the video and info, so are you saying the arms lower and the shaft shallows before the hips turn because it seems for a long time they have been saying the hips lead the way. i gotta try this out, thnx.

  4. Justin Rose talks about lowering his LEFT arm and Kyle talks about lowering the right arm. These are two completely different things. Surely weight shift to the left (lead leg) automatically lowers the arms? The dog wags the tail, not the other way around.

  5. I've borrowed a feel from Shawn Clement: I get to the top of the backswing and feel that I'm about to cast a fishing rod in the direction of a person standing on my target line on the trail side. I don't actually make the cast but my arms lower when I begin the transition to the downswing. So far it's working better than anything else I've tried. I'll see what success I can find with your technique.

  6. just came from another swing video that confused the hell out of me with a million rotations, this is was simple and elegant and got me back on track. bravo.

  7. The golf room everywhere is an incredible value and I would recommend it to everyone. As a subscriber to the plan, it has everything you need to get better quickly. This is a great video, and explains shallowing in simple terms.

  8. I just watched this video and subscribed to channel. My issue(I believe) is a steep downswing since my divots are very deep. And as a result sometimes fat! I know about getting weight on front foot but I'm going to give your shallowing technique a try. Good explanation!

  9. Here’s my question? I’ve gone to fitters and been amazed at all the shafts on the wall, yet they only have me try 1 or 2? How different are shafts?

  10. Brilliant instructions to help my most frustrating swing fault! I was heartened to find out the great Justin Rose can relate to my struggle😂

  11. Where is that trail hands thumb pointing as you lower the club? For me it always feels like if I let the club fall down or pull my arms down that the right hand just kind of slams into the ground which slams the club steep af into the ground

  12. Hi Kyle! Been doing this shallowing drill but im hitting more and more behind the ball the shallower I get. I know this is somewhay expected but any drills to move the low point forward as you start to shallow more? Or is the answer to just rotate more and faster?

  13. Does this move from the top not promote casting/early release? how can you do this without releasing the club head too early?

  14. You are not kidding, this has rocked my world. This idea appears to be just what I have been looking for. This works so well for me on the driving range, can't wait to play my next game.

Thank you, thank you. I played today. This such a simple thing and yet, and yet; what an amazing change to my all my long clubs, especially the driver. Slice gone and so much more distance, 20 metres added to my driver, 3 wood is now as long as my driver used to be.

  15. Great video, it looks simple enough, but it is hard to to get it after I have tried to replicate it I struggle with laying down the club, my lower body wants to turn once I get to the top, I have to work on a slight pause. But I am working on it!

  16. Took this tip to the simulator and couldn't believe the contact and distance I got. Rehearsing the right arm down feeling is now my pre shot routine. My 7 iron went from 170 to 190. Great explanation Kyle!

  17. What a great explanation. Been fighting this for a long time and I finally have a feeling in my swing that is simple to get shallow. 👍

  18. I wish you could respond with videos on here!!! This is straight 🔥🔥🔥 my impact never looked so good after working this drill, not to mention the shallowing aspect!!! Thank you Kyle 👊🏼👊🏼

  19. i stumbled into this by accident, and it was like nervina, but because I didn't realize what i had done, i lost it, at the time it felt like some sort of loop in my swing, this video gets me back on track with an understanding of what needs to be done…thanks for sharing…

  20. I’ve been watching so many teaching to shallow to club video. This is the final explanation that make me completely understand. Thank you Kyle. This is such a helpful video!!

  21. i wish I could find an easy way to shallow the darn club…i get the concept but I am still too steep on my downswing….

  22. Thank you very much. This is the first time I have understood how to shallow the club. Can't wait to try it out on the driving range. My usall swing has been over the top.
