It is being error prone to start selling all the midfielders who can keep the team going before new ones settle in. You know Premier League. You can get knocked out of the race before January. Liverpool, wake up. This is not the strengthening we expected. Keep those two players. If you had brought in 5 players already then it could have made sense releasing those two midfielders. Please accelerate your recruitment process than selling. You are going back on your promises of bringing in good players like Thuram. Avoid recruiting all the players on bargain basements. You get in players fast by activating release clauses and not always bargaining otherwise, you end up with those two players only.That can be a disasterous transfer window. Be warned again
Nah we need Fab. I know people will say he’s lost his step, but he played more minutes than any other player last year. With younger players around him he’ll be able to really make an impact in the new look team. He’s so chilled and such a good influence on the team and we need players like that. I mean look at Chelsea, who spent a fortune on a bunch of young guns and ended up shitting the bed spectacularly.
40 mil is a bargain for him
Fab for Lavia…. all day long! Keep Hendo at all costs.

The amount of things he say will happen that NEVER happen is out of order I used to believe him but this transfer window has exposed him as a charlatan
If you sell these mainstays that have won titles people who were vocal in the dressing room when things go wrong. He ihas been in the top 10 in the world in that position. We have to get an absolute talent like tuchameni in order to let him go
if you've got an actual journalist on the Channel, why would you constantly talk over him and interrupt him when he's talking? Hopeless.
I would much rather we sell Thiago then Fab. I think people forget, Fab gives the chemistry to Alisson also and will be the last Brazilian since Firmino left and when he plays well, he beasts that midfield.
I do think its time for Jordan to leave as well, because he is getting slower now and he is losing his engine and its just too tough for him to keep up with the high pressing. I started to notice it a lot last season.
I think selling either of them would be a bad mistake, we need their experience in a young midfield and just because Fabinho had a bad season doesn`t mean that he will have another bad season. Don`t forget he`s been apart of our success as has Hendo. They can be replaced in the coming seasons but it would be a mistake to sell them now. plus Fabinho is only 29 and still in his prime. Tell me what DM could you replace him with who has comparable skills and experience for £40m? please use your brains ffs.
I'd be very disappointed to see Hendo and Fab go. Fab I can understand, but hendo no chance.

We could lose Fab but we need Hendo, especially since the departure of Milner.. He's more than just a player, he's Klopp's force on the pitch.
Inside training Hendo looks like he's been working on his fitness during his time off. Fab still looks sluggish.

We cant be letting both go in the same window. Lavia is too raw to start week in week out. Unless fsg go all out for caicedo one has to stay.

If we lose Henderson an fabihno an we only bring in lavia an everyone is happy about it we will quickly see how fast that turns with this fan base these days ..idc on your opinion’s on both players they are massive players …slating fab off one bad season when we signed him he revolutionized our squad with a good preseason an rest we have a top quality player an Hendo with all his leadership an selflessness is essential but we all like the shiny new toys an expect them jsut to pick up klopps play style like ducks to Water is a stretch these guys are building blocks klopp has created …if we lose both it has to be replaced with the highest quality or upcoming talent that is further on the development an who is more defensive or imo we are gonna struggle ..it has to be the level of tchoumani caicedo frank kessie big big players to even attempt to fill the void
Would you rather sign a number 6 or put Trent in the 6 and buy a proper right back? He'll play either way. He's more influential in the middle so might as well try it and buy a right back.
Caicedo please as Lavia and Kone not the answer as not at Fab level yet. We need 2 midfielders now one prospect one Prem ready CDM now. I am guessing we wouldn’t be selling Fab if we didn’t have 2 players coming in as we needed one without any sales.

I’ll be sorry to see Fabinho go cause I think he can still to a job for us.He did have a poor season but wasn’t the only one.£40 million sounds a bit cheap off the Saudi’s

fabinho is not with the squad in germany so most definatly negotiating a deal for him. i agree that this changes things a bit as they probably will look at a straight out experienced replacement a more experienced player than lavia who i really like. Realistically you'd think they already have someone lined up and are very confident of signing them. I really hope we sign lavia that lad is very mature and a top player in that position.
Fabinho for 40 mil you can’t turn down, Henderson honestly needs to stay, massively important to the team and leadership. Jones and Bajcetic have been given opportunities and have succeeded, you don’t need to break the bank for a Fabinho replacement, a Sofyan Amrabat would be great and sit Bajcetic behind him, Jones and Elliott properly involved as well with Mac and Dom

Lavia I'd far too young for starting CDM. Caicedo is the first name, we won't buy him, so who now ????. Maybe Luis from Benfica ??? Don't think we pull pay fee. I don't really see anyone else. Maybe Paulinho ??. We didn't bank on replacing a starting CDM.
Tchomoui would do but we won't pay out, they won't sell and he wouldn't come anyway.
Question: does anyone else think there is something in the Saudi teams coming in for Hendo and Fabs in order to bolster Newcastles chances of reaching the top 4 again? What better way to do that then to weaken a rival by offering players silly money.
