Ive always liked Matt as our QB! I love that thier working on his speed. I just hope that it's not too late in his career to do so…his arm strength after last season was my concern….Last year I noticed a little decline on his arm strength and accuracy, especially on the long balls. I hope the running more doesn't hurt or create an injury or take away from his delivery during a game…..

I do want to note, in Kyle Shanahan’s (sp) first season, the game plan seemed to be to just force the ball to Julio every play. In the fame of 2016 season, He was taking advantage of everyone’s skill set by spreading the ball around.
IMHO…With Arthur Smith being the HC and calling the plays, he will have more innovative ideas on how to feature guys year 1, thus leading to a successful first year with Matt Ryan, especially if the rest of the team is in working order. A decent offensive line and defense keeps him on the field, he’ll put up the numbers.

Just imagine what Ryan will do under this system I mean look at tannehill he's not as good as Ryan like ever. But smith's offense made him look great. Hopefully the running game is goood too and we should be set for a playoff push/run.

Do you ever wonder why Ryan is so disrespected? Phillips Rivers is called a HOF player and has never even been to a conference championship yet is spoken of highly. Ryan, an MVP, Offensive player of the Year, All-Pro twice and went to 2 NFC title games and SHOULD have won a Super Bowl yet is often left off of NFL-Top-100 lists. What has he done to deserve the way people minimize him? Change his name to Andrew Luck and he would be considered a top-3 quarterback.
