  1. YES GUYS! Brilliant stuff, not 3 points, but so many positives! Thanks to everyone who tuned in to the stream, hope you all enjoy the first 6 things we learnt of the Premier League season! See you tomorrow morning 😎

  2. Agreed with everything except for Sterling’s performance. He’s not as effective as he used to be being direct in taking players on, makes the wrong decisions on passes and overall just gives the ball away too much. Only negative to say from yesterday. Best performance we’ve had in a long time.

  3. If Chelsea let Gallagher go, it would be a mistake in the class of De Bruyne and Salah, he is the best midfielder to have come out of the academy since who knows when.

I was a bit disappointed with the lack of chemistry between Jackson, Sterling and Chuk, as Poch said post match, Jackson was too isolated for much of the game.

Other than that, very pleased with the performance.

  4. I disagree with the Sterling take. In the second half when the ball was played to him, the progress was halted and the ball was turned over. He was not effective in the final third which hindered our chances later in the game which was our time to take the lead and 3 points.

  5. I am so excited to see where we go this season…. while we did look a little shakey defensively, i think everything calms down and we get better defensively with the addition of Caicedo…. when it comes to going forward, this is what we've been wanting for years and now we finally have it, and it's only going to get better through the season…. we can finally see a spine that we've been crying for for years…. Enzo was probably our best player on the pitch, and he's only going to get better with the addition of Caicedo… our worst player was probably Sterling, and would like to see Mudryk start over him

  6. James deserved a box, the moment he was subbed out the game died, and I do think Mudrik really links up nice with Jackson he should of started instead of Sterling.

  7. My takeaways from week 1 of the Prem: Tonali and Szoboszlai look like elite midfielders. Chelsea's attack has the promise of N. Jackson, but needs balanced with key passes and dribbles up the middle instead of too much from the wing areas.
