Lecce will return for another season in Serie A after successfully managing to stay up last season after returning for the first time since the 2019/20 season. Despite finishing just five points above the relegation zone and being in danger for a part of the season, they have returned with the majority of their squad outside of a few signings to bolster the depth of their squad. While Lazio did lose Milinkovic Savic to the league in Saudi Arabia, they have managed to make a few splash signings in the transfer window including Daichi Kamada from Frankfurt and Valentin Castellanos from NYCFC of the MLS. After finishing in the top four and returning to the Champions League for the first time since the 2019/20 season Lazio will be looking to replicate that performance and once again be a serious competitor for winning the Scudetto this season.
