Youssef Msakni scored a remarkable goal in stoppage time to give Tunisia a dramatic 1-0 win over Algeria in their Group D match at the African Cup of Nations on Tuesday.

Coach Sami Trabelsi said his side approached the match in the right fashion, with focus and organisation.

Tunisia coach Sami Trabelsi:
“We approached this match with a lot of focus and organisation. We were aware that the team which would focus until the very last seconds would be the one which would have the advantage. We know there are many matches which have seen last-ditch goals. In the first half we had problems in midfield and keeping the ball so in the second period I brought on (Oussama) Darragi to fill the hole and create a better balalnce in midfield.

Tunisia coach Sami Trabelsi:
“In terms of how we will play against our next opponents, we will analyse their strong points and their weak points. We won’t make many changes each time. We will play the way that favours us and helps us to win matches.”
