Spurs' midfield overload was unbearably painful. ETH doesn't seem to have plan B, even the fact he took Rashy off at that stage was uncalled for. Pellestri has a promising future if given a chance. We got mugged off by perennial bottlers albeit at their ground. No solid leadership on the pitch at all, Bruno raising his chicken shoulders to moan about a decision isn't good enough. Someone needs to stand out and bully those underperformers on the pitch. Maybe our focus should be on the cup comps until we're good enough to challenge for the league. Just because we spend a lot doesn't guarantee results in the league. Spent 150M on Anthony and Mount to compete with City and Liverpool. That's embarrassing.

He is right. We were far behind last season. The difference is that Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea and even Newcastle brought in the players they wanted and needed, while we just brought in available players that we didn't necessarily need. Oh and an injured 75mil striker that scored 10 goals in all competitions last season. On top of that the Glazers are just messing around with the club's sale. Zero hope for this club
Let's not sign a world class established striker like kane who will guarantee 25 goals per season. We're going to challenge for the league instead with Anthony martial and a young kid from atlanta who no one's heard of and barely scored anything last season. Absolute shambles recruitment.
