It’s 30mln for one of the best defensive midfielders of the past season. You can get him for 25+5 bonus and the deal would be sorted in 20 seconds.
Offering 18mln is a joke, especially considered how much money the Glazers have splashed every transfer for the past 7 years.
It really feels like you’re not willing to pay the price because he’s Moroccan rather than European.
