Mohammed Kudus (born 2 August 2000) is a Ghanaian international footballer who plays as a midfielder for Eredivisie club Ajax and the Ghana national team.
Kudus joined Danish club Nordsjælland from the Ghanaian Right to Dream Academy, which he joined at the age of 12, in January 2018 with his two teammates Ibrahim Sadiq and Gideon Mensah.
Kudus made his official debut for Nordsjælland in a 2-0 defeat to Brøndby IF just three days after his 18th birthday. He played as a striker from the first minute, but was removed at halftime. With his debut, he became the ninth youngest player to make his debut in the club’s history.
On 16 July 2020, Kudus signed a five-year contract with Eredivisie club Ajax for €9 million. He played his first official match for the club on 20 September against RKC Waalwijk. Head coach Erik ten Hag later described Kudus as a player with “incredible potential”. He continued his performance with one goal and three assists in his first three games.
