  1. Disrespecting Bundesliga is one thing, and sometimes for the right reasons, but not calling bayern a global institution is madness.

  2. 2 weeks ago he has to leave, needs to win, he’s gotta leave spurs. Today yeah it’s a mistake 🤦‍♂️and to be fair Bayern are a far bigger club than Man City

  3. Kane, in my opinion went to the best possible available club that can win the CL in the next three years. He can’t go to City or Madrid, that only leaves Bayern as an option. For him to play for Utd or Chelsea would haven meant another year at spurs. And even after that those two teams won’t look as strong as the German champions, so his move makes perfect sense.

  4. So much English arrogance and bias. Bayern for the last two years have sold the most kits in the world. There are more official Bayern fan clubs in the world than any other club. The reason that Bayern isn’t “a world known club” is because it isn’t in a league fueled by oil money and full of £100M transfers. Side note: premier league English players values are overinflated because of the 5 English minimum in the lineup rule.

  5. Did one of the Muppets say Bayern are not Global institution?? My fucking god…

    There are only 3 clubs.
    Real, Bayern and Barca

If you make it 5 then you include
    AC Milan and Liverpool

I get it this channel is pl centric but how dare someone a fan of a oil funded clubs sneer at Bayern fucking Munich??

  6. They can disrespect the bundesliga but they're forgetting it's the league that produces the best talent, has the best atmosphere, has the most sold out stadiums and has the 2nd greatest football club in history, the only reason it's not as competitive as the epl is because of the 50+1 rule

  7. At the end of the day who cares about having the goal record. Its brough up every so often as a random fact or in a pub quiz. If he wins trophies he actually achieves something he can hold, makes great memories and competes at the highest level.

Lads the disrespect to Bayern here is crazy they're top 5 club in the world.

  8. Huge disrespect to Bayern one of the most influential and important clubs in the world. Massive names have played here. Immense history. People need to look beyond the English leagues – yes, there is MORE out there – just because it’s not ours doesn’t mean it’s not valuable 😂
People also forgetting how leagues change: excellent point on who the top goal scorer was in Div 1 prior to prem.
People have shirt memories especially in the TikTok age we live in.
Haaland breaking the record is one thing but if not him then someone else in 5 or 10 years. Probably sooner.
The way leagues are going there will no doubt be a super league at some point too – either via Saudi money or whatever – which means more games, more ways to break the record etc.

  9. personally, i thought his inevitable move would’ve generated more excitement but for some reason, going to Bayern has just been…underwhelming

  10. To be honest, I'm pretty surprised none of them know that Jimmy Greaves is the English top flight's all time top scorer. It's before their time, but I thought it's pretty common knowledge among English football fans, especially Rory given that he played for Chelsea.

For reference, Greaves is top with 357, Steve Bloomer is 2nd on 314, so he's first by quite a way.

  11. guys do not take these guys seriously. they play the same role in modern society as the jesters used to play in an emperors court.they are clown to the highest degree

  12. He ain’t winning the league in England with anyone other than man city. That is never happening now that they have haaland. So this was his best move. Cry more PL fangirls.

  13. Wtf is Buvey smoking, Bayern is a Global Institution.more than Liverpool, they are up there with ManU, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Juve, and AC Milan

  14. Is it just me or the guy in the black said Man United and Barcelona with Messi (8-2) are bigger clubs than Bayern?!! 😂
Bro It’s been 3 years Messi left Barcelona, watch some football maybe? Lol

  15. Rory is joke business 😂 he is the only YouTuber that covers a sport where I before I watch the video and think “hmm, what nonsense is he going to spew today”

  16. Here's a theory. Premier League has made Bundesliga the second best league quality wise top to bottom. Not saying there are any equals to Bayern, but a bottom tier BuLi team has slightly more quality than a Serie A or LL counterpart.

How? Prem money. BuLi has made its home as the go-to feeder league to the Prem. Remember how Super League statement read the money will trickle down to domestic leagues. That's exactly what Bundesliga has done. Become the league where PL invests its money in. Which gives those clubs the resources to scout better, better academies, become a destination for those players over going to a midtable LL or Serie A club.

Prem keeps star players in their prime. Bundesliga has those star players in their youth. Prem is greater in quality, but Bundesliga isn't actually a farmers league either. Its arguably a better competition week to week for Kane than LL or Serie A would have been.

  17. I don't think they really care if they don't have the same amount of HUGE supporters worldwide. There is a reason for the 50+1 rule. That is what makes Bayern and Bundesliga so great when we talk about the Big 5 leagues, but that is something England maybe can't see really.
And if we gonna talk about titles and all that, Bayern is more successful in Europe than any other English club other than Liverpool (might be wrong?). You maybe don't understand the true purity of football in that sense; They want their FANS, not only tourists. That's why they also have a much better supporters in games than England.

  18. Generally I think he's made a mistake.
He should've waited out his contract and taken the huge wages and signing on fee.
For him though, it looks like the right decision.
He obviously only wants to play for spurs in the prem so he let them receive a transfer fee so he can return one day.

  19. I don't think Kane cares about the Bundesliga it's that fact that Bayern are in the Champions League every year and will be a chance to win it every year.

  20. The switch up from "winning a trophy is way more significant than the goal record" to "surely one Bundesliga isn't worth the goal record" is madt…cut my BOi Harry some slack. Moral of the story is loyalty is overrated & Spurs made a mockery of his Loyalty

  21. More like Bayern have made a mistake. He's not worth that money, he's SO overrated. I don't care how many goals he scores. Most are from penalties. He sucks for England when it actually matters in the knockouts. Complete waste of money.
