      Awesome signing for Benfica. Him and Kokcu are great signings and they will be scary for sure, that team with Goncalo Ramos, Rafa, Antonio Silva, Florentino Luis, Kokcu, Neres will be a force next year and I can see Benfica having another promising campaign in the UCL next season. Also the top 3 in the league Porto Sporting Benfica making some very interesting signings.

      Sporting are set to sign Viktor Gyokeres from Coventry which is interesting as he had lots of premier league interest and also Porto signing Fran Navarro today who I think will be a top striker as he scored 17 primeira league goals with Gil Vicente a team that finished 14th and mid table. He scored one less goal in the league than Goncalo Ramos so that is definitely a phenomenal goal return there. They also look set to sign Ivan Jaime as well who I think is a baller and has a bright future, also might get Andrey Santos on loan or Nico Gonzales from Barca on loan so the title race is going to be juicy and I can see all three of these teams doing alright in the UCL as well. Benfica are definitely the favourites for the league however I will say they were massively hyped last season and only finished two points ahead of probably the worst team Porto have had in ages so while Benfica do look scary on paper, they now have the pressure of living up to it whereas Porto and Sporting are a bit under the radar don’t have that hype and pressure and can definitely surprise

      Kerkez is no longer a priority he's going to Lazio.
      The priority is David Jurasek to replace grimaldo.
      Alexander Bah played with David Jurasek in Slavia Praha, so it would be great meet each other again now at Benfica

      I would not be surprised if he went with Di Maria in the middle behind Ramos. Because he likes that the wingers get back when defending. Of course in league context that won't matter too much

      Di maria could break a record in the champions league with Benfica shirt in becoming the player with most assists in the Champions league.
      He needs 5 assists to do that. Doing that for a year is a little bit difficult, unless Benfica gets lucky in the UCL draw.

      i wouldnt right off porto so soon, they are a big pain in the ass for us(Benfica), we never beat them comfortably, its always a war to beat porto by one goal, they in the other hand have been defeating us more easily then it should be. Benfica always need to be 100% against Porto

      Don't forget he's 35 years old and we've got plenty of youth waiting for a spot. I'm curious to see what Schmidt is going to make of this, I doubt he's as thrilled as the fans are right now.

      As a Benfica fan this is amazing news! We love Di Magia and is great to see him come back, we fans needed a comeback and we couldn't have a better one!
