Fulham are in need of a star striker with Aleksandar Mitrovic set to leave the club for Saudi Arabia
During Mitrovic’s six years at Fulham and Craven Cottage, the 28 year old has managed to score 109 goals for the club
But with his future set to be shaping up in the Middle East, who should Fulham be looking at this transfer window?
Mehdi Taremi
– The Porto striker has impressed for a number of seasons in the top tier of Portuguese league football
– You may remember Taremi for the incredible bicycle kick he scored against Chelsea in the Champions League a few years ago
– Last season Taremi scored an impressive 22 goals in 33 league matches for Porto
– At the age of 31, this may be the last chance that Taremi has with a move to the Premier League
– The Iranian international would bring so much flare up top for Fulham and would cause Premier League defences havoc
– Comfortable in one on one situations and a strong finisher of the ball, I see Taremi as the ideal candidate to take over from Mitrovic
Raul Jimenez
– Raul Jimenez has officially signed for Fulham after completing his £5.3 million move from Wolves
– I am confident that Marco Silva can get the best out of Jimenez, but I fear that his lack of goals last season could impact Fulham if they’re in a Premier League relegation battle next season
– Since Jimenez picked up his horrific head injury a few seasons ago, he hasn’t been able to reach the same goal scoring numbers at club level
– Hopefully, Jimenez will be able to rediscover his goal scoring form at Fulham this season after his move from Wolves
– I would love for Fulham to sign an out and out striker and make a big statement in the transfer window
Folarin Balogun
– After shining for Reims last season in Ligue 1, I think that Balogun is ready to make the jump to the Premier League
– Arsenal have set their valuation at £50 million for Balgoun, a price that I am more than happy to spend when he sell Mitrovic this summer
– Balogun is an incredibly skilful striker and offers something different compared to Mitrovic
– Balogun currently isn’t training with the Arsenal squad with a rumoured move to Inter Milan on the cards
– Why not take a gamble on the young striker and battle Inter Milan for Balogun?
– Balogun’s highlights show how much of a special talent he is and no doubt he will dominate European football for years to come

Who would you like to see replace Mitrovic up top?
How about Dominic Calvert-Lewin? I know hes injury prone. But I'm not sure he'd miss more games than Mitro. I think he'd fit the current system and even offers pace which Mitro doesn't?
Jimenez suffered many, many months with a pubalgia which meant whenever he played he could barely run. Lopetegui just refused to let him get surgery. He finally got sorted out recently. So if we assume he is still shy on headers, he should now be back on speed, creation of play and change of directions. Jimenez is not just a tap in forward, he is a complete and creative player, on top of being a world class penalty taker (has scored 33, has missed 2). Even if they change his position, goals scored last season isn’t a very representative stat, since Lopetegui just didn’t give him many minutes. I think Jimenez can return to form after his surgery
Dude , you making it sound like Alexander mitrovich is lewasndosky , Suarez , Benzema lol !! As a matter fact before the Raul’s injury , mitrovich was never at Raul’ level, Lopetegi didn’t like Jimenez at all and had a pugalbja injury , just so you know
Clearly how not followed Raul’s career. 🤦🏽♂️
