Hi ho Frankie Boy, what a legend lad, can not wait for the new season, everything about the Villa is just incredible.
I'm starting to think an orthodox RB might not be on the agenda. Tactics are so fluid these days I think Carlos, Konsa or even Cash could be playing a RCB/RB role. I think a pacey RW/FW player like Diaby could complete our summer spending, but another AM player like Ketelaere or even Felix would be the real icing on the cake.
Just before I send this comment it just occurred to me that a backup keeper who can pass out the back and play sweeper is so important to the way we play, as we saw when Olsen came in. Also, the homegrown player situation is a sticky point.
When big media seriously starts taking notice in Villa's prowess of outbidding for players that the likes of Arsenal, Newcastle and Liverpool are watching very closely but realise the FFP are hitting there fingers with a ruler then Villa just pounce … oh my it is a beautiful thing to watch where paybacks seem to be a dish served cold for the Villa.
Very big things are not far away for Aston Villa where it's very hard at times to keep a lid on how excited l am regarding the upcoming season Frankie .. seriously👍

You forgot to mention Cabbage-Gate. We have endured a miserable decade at Villa. Emery and our owners have breathed life into Villa. I believe we can achieve Champions League football next season with a top 5 finish. I am super excited for the new season. We need two new wingers and another striker. Diaby is interesting, however, your cautionary advice is noted. I would go for Harvey Barnes. Great insights, Frankie.
