      While Bellamy carries a hefty salary, Damen Comolli and King Kenny shipped out 19 players, the bulk being the deadwood bloating our club. What was ludicrous was carrying so much deadwood in the first place, saving 30 million. Brilliant transfer window, FSG.

      @ArsenalGoonification Bellamy is a very good signing he is still full of pace and is a quality finisher, and when you consider that he will be the 3rd striker better than having N'Gog anyway

      JLBsportsTV you know nothing, Bellamy played all last season and is on 45k a week at Liverpool, you Americans shouldn't get involved in football

      You do realise we aren't paying Craig Bellamy the wages he was getting at Man City? The reason the deal took so long is because Bellamy was getting a pay-off deal that covered the remaining wages of his contract at Man City. The wages he's getting at Liverpool are much lower than what he was getting before. Having a back-up striker with experience is only a good thing. If you want someone to change the game you want someone who has the experience and ability to know how to do that.

      @LiverpoolScouzer It's the last day of the window and we needed a back-up striker. Bellamy is a great buy. Sure, some might say he has a little problem with his mind and is getting older and stuff, losing his knack of scoring goals… But come on, he's gonna bring so much experience into the team and getting someone with such passion for his boyhood club for FREE is definitely a bargain.

      Do your research on craig bellamy because he's a great player, he used to play for liverpool but he got sold to manchester city… he also helped liverpool beat barcelona at the nou camp in 2006.

      @5eurocups2005 its true he knows nothing about bellamy obviously! bellamy has got speed and brains, which is ideal for any striker… just imagine 3 up front bellamy, suarez and carroll, they will be unstoppable together!

      Bellamy took a massive pay-cut to come back to Liverpool. His character is an intimidating forward he proved that when Man City beat Chelsea 4-2. James Corden spoke to John Terry and Terry said he mouths of alot. And that game Terry wouldn't go anywhere near Bellamy. He's a passionate striker who scores goals and at the end of the day i'd rather have him starting than Andy Carroll.

      @PeejayCollinsTV agree about suarez n bellamy but the only thing carrol makes unstopable is his ability to completly ruin liverpools attacking football he is complete lazy twti have never hated on a liverpool player not my nature but this guy takes the piss 35mil he is lazy cant control a ball heads the ball in random directions struggles to pass a ball and i have seen turtles run faster than him i would prefer the useless ngog to this clown how he became a footballer let alone even rated as 1
