The back and forth of training camp couldn’t have been more apparent over the last two days as the Buffalo Bills offense stole the show on Monday while the defense clearly had the upper hand on Tuesday. Unleashing Ed Oliver, Leonard Floyd and Matt Milano, Sean McDermott’s defense created notable frustrations for Ken Dorsey, Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills offense. On today’s episode, Joe Marino shares all of his observations from Day 6 of Buffalo Bills Training Camp. It was an interesting day for James Cook, Dalton Kincaid, Gabe Davis, O’Cyrus Torrence, Damien Harris, Ken Dorsey, Kaiir Elam, Christian Benford, Tyrel Dodson and Damar Hamlin.

  1. Thanks Joe for getting out there and giving us these insights , its always better to have a set of eyes you can trust out feeding us good info. and thanks aunt Karen 😂

  2. Hello from Casper, WY- Enjoyed the podcast, good to hear defense is aggressive as this will make offense better, and those two big running backs are gonna be better pass blockers, and they are more experienced. They are the x-factors along with TE blocking in the pass game!

  3. James CookIs the first and second down back! He isn’t a 3 down back he doesn’t have the size to keep linebackers or defensive lineman at bay! Latavious or Harris is that protection back! Preferably L Murray at 6’3 235 lbs

  4. Don't totally get me wrong I love Tre but it concerns me that I have heard so many stories of White giving up so many catches to many different receivers hopefully it is that it's just training camp

  5. Joe like you I live in NC, transplant from Buffalo due to military service. My son still lives in Buffalo and hopes to see you at Imperial Pizza, any chance you’ll have any of your books with you for sale and signature?

  6. As an everyday-er, I really appreciate your assessment as being insightful but measured. I always watch your review before any other podcasts as it helps me temper down some of the other opinions out there from the day.

  7. Its just training camp so im not concerned yet but every time i hear joe talk about tre white he's getting beat. Tre was one of the first brought in in the McDermott era and im not ready to see him on the downhill side

  8. I have been coaching football for 15 yrs. The defense is always ahead of the offense when they first get into pads. The defense is do your job, your responsibility in the call. The offense is timing and cohesion. Especially when a D is blitz heavy. Oline takes the longest to round into shape, especially when you are rotating players. Oline is so much about communication and trust. Example you have a half slide call to the backside with man call to the front, and the Back is responsible for the free rusher. The backside is in zone, one guy misses the call or doesn't trust his teammate when passing a rusher off to stay in his gap, now there is a breakdown and the QB is pressured or hit and the timing of the offense is thrown off.

  9. Ed Oliver was supposed to be the next Aaron Donald. Safe to say he’s been a bit of a disappointment thus far- but I’ve got a hunch this is the year he breaks out & dominates.

  10. Singletary will be missed by Bills fans after they realize all the "small" things he did. Singletary was our workhorse in many different ways. Bills fans never realize what they have when they have it i feel like!

  11. I think Leslie Frazier time was up after the bengals loss! His defensive package had become very vanilla. He never put pressure on the offensive side of the ball
